What we value most are our customers

Our knowledge and expertise are our USP, what we value most are our customers!

We have come this far and are able to celebrate our 10th anniversary because of the trust they have in us, as their partner and advisor.

Over the years we are proud to have welcomed a wide range of organisations, from many different industries and in a wide variety of fields within Europe, from medium / large sized organisations to multinationals, from profit- to governmental institutions. What they all have in common is the wish and sometimes need to take their next step in improving their activities in the broad ITAM field.  

We are proud of each and every one of our customers, and we never pick any favourites, not in daily operation, so also not in this post. We rarely communicate about customers that are new to the Softline Group. But there are a few cases where we did inform the community, a special look back to those: 

 

(10/2016): European Parliament awards Softline Solutions European tender for Software Asset Management

As independent market leader and Software Asset Management (SAM) expert, we were awarded the European Tender for the acquisition and implementation of a suitable SAM tool with supporting services for the operation of the SAM program of the European Parliament. The framework agreement between both parties represents a value of just under 1 Million Euro. 

"The three main objectives of the SAM program; compliance, cost control and governance are fully in line with our expertise and proven SAM approach. This framework agreement will help us to continue our path towards internationalisation and strengthens our image as European SAM market leader.”, says Dennis Montanje, Managing Director of Softline Solutions.

 

(05/2019): Celebrating renewed ITAM managed services contract with Signify

Signify has again put their trust in us and our expertise to sign another three-year contract for delivering IT Asset Management services. The renewed contract focusses on IT Asset Management instead of Software Asset Management. 

The Softline Solutions’ House of ITAM® is based on the ISO/IEC standard for ITAM 19770-1:2017 and delivers the perfect framework. Not only to visualize the planned activities in an orderly manner, but it will also enable Signify to measure the progress of the overall ITAM maturity. The agile strategic planning is underlined by a year-by-year ITAM assessment, kicking off the new year. Softline Solutions is proud to help Signify realize their next steps and help them achieve Compliance, Control & Cost optimization for their IT. 

 

(10/2019): Go-live for John Lewis & Partners

John Lewis & partners has gone live! The great news was celebrated with a special cake. Congratulations to the ITAM team! 

The John Lewis Partnership (JLP) is an UK company which operates John Lewis & Partners department stores, Waitrose & Partners supermarkets, its banking and financial services, and other retail-related activities. 

 

(03/2020): Softline Group wins record order worth 16.5 Million Euros

The Softline Group, an international IT consulting company focusing on Software Asset Management (SAM), Information- and IT-security, Cloud and Future Data Center as well as Digital Workplace receives with 16.5 million Euros the largest order entry in its ten-year history. 

A leading international group has commissioned Softline and a partner service provider to manage part of its on-premise cloud infrastructure. Softline's IT-experts have been supporting the Group since 2010 in various areas, such as IT security, Software Asset Management, as well as in the design, implementation and operation of cloud solutions.
