Our services bring us to where our customers are. In the Benelux, the UK and the Nordics and sometimes even further. Out office is situated in Nieuwegein but our customers can be found worldwide. We work for national and international organizations that use our knowledge to realize their strategical SAM / ITAM goals. Your first working day at Softline Solutions
We think it is very important that, as a new colleague, you feel welcome within our organisation and that you end up in a warm bath. The welcoming process starts right after signing your employment contract. We will then immediately take you on an introduction round within the organisation.
On your first working day you will receive a welcome package containing important things to get off to a good start, such as an access tag for the office, laptop, smartphone, notebook, pen and dopper. The laptop has been prepared by our IT colleagues, so you can get off to a flying start.
After opening your mailbox, an e-mail from your manager is waiting for you with an extensive welcoming program. This program starts with a meeting with our Managing Director, Dennis, followed by introductions with all “blood groups” within our organisation. From marketing to sales, from business to technical consultants and from human resources to operations. The emphasis will of course be on the work that you will be performing. In addition to the introductions, you will start with the necessary training and extensive knowledge transfer for the fulfilment of your new job. Between all the formal introductions and knowledge transfer, there are coffee and lunch breaks during which you are given ample space to get to know all new colleagues on a personal level.
